Shipping Policy

At Wheels Automotive Dealer Supplies, our commitment is to supply you with quality products and provide expedient and reliable delivery. We understand the importance of affordable shipping, therefore we work diligently with our shipping affiliates to explore and implement the most efficient delivery methods possible.

Despite recent rate increases by shipping/courier companies, we have decided to absorb these additional costs and will continue as long as we are able.

If your freight charge(s) exceed 20% of the value of your order, you will be contacted by an associate by phone and/or email for confirmation prior to release of your order. 

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, number of and destination of your package(s). Please note additional time requirements for any manufacture-on demand products and/or items customized with “Company” logo/details will vary depending on final art proof sign-off approval.

CANADA

Orders within Canada ship from our facilities on average 2 to 3 days. Shipping time is a day per province - we are located in and ship out of Ontario.

USA

Orders within USA ship from our facilities on average 3-7 days, not including shipping time, which varies per order. We ship out of Niagara Falls NY.

Please note: ALL PACKAGE(S) MUST BE INSPECTED IMMEDIATELY AT TIME OF RECEIPT AND ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24HRS
