At Wheels Automotive Supplies Inc., we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a replacement or return.
Return and Exchange Timeframes:
The return or exchange period starts from the day you receive your order. Please carefully inspect custom and personalized items upon delivery to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Balloons, Windshield Vinyl Items: 15 days
- Tools & License Plate Hardware: 15 days

- Forms, Key Tags, Mirror Tags: 15 days
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Gather the items you wish to return, including the original packaging.
2. Contact our customer service department at 800-753-6099 or sales@wheelsauto.com before initiating the return.
3. Ship on your own: Obtain a return authorization number and follow the provided instructions. Include a copy of the packing slip (if available) and note the return authorization number. Write the return authorization number on the box and ship it using your preferred carrier.
OR
4. Use our prepaid return label: Obtain a return authorization number and a prepaid return label from our customer service department. Affix the prepaid return label to the box and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location. Please note that if the return is not due to our error or a defective/damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund based on the weight, size, and origin of the package.
Refund Method and Timing:
We will reimburse you for your purchased items using the same payment method you used. In some cases, the refund may be applied as a credit on account for future purchases. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2-3 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 business days after processing for the refund to reflect in your account.
Returns Information:
- Items must be returned in a like-new condition and considered resellable. Damaged, opened, used, unsanitary, dented, or scratched items may be denied a return or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Please ensure that items are returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all accessories. Failure to do so may result in denial of the return or a nonrefundable deduction for missing items plus a 15% restocking fee.
- Final sale items, including custom, personalized, rummage sale, and open box items, cannot be returned.
- Shipping charges are generally nonrefundable.
- Returns of drop ship and special-order items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Special Considerations:
Damaged Items:
If you notice obvious damage to a package upon delivery, please refuse it or note the damage on the carrier's delivery record before the driver leaves your premises. For any hidden or internal damage, report it to our customer service department within 7 business days of receipt. Retain the item, shipping carton, and original packaging for filing a damage claim. Timely reporting is necessary to process a claim with the carrier. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the item, and standard return policies will apply.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service department during the return period for assistance. All returns, including defective items, must be complete and returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Custom and Personalized Items:
Custom and personalized items are generally nonreturnable unless there is an error or a significant difference from what you approved. Any defect or error must be reported to our customer service department within the return and exchange period, and 100% of the defective item must be returned.
Apparel:
We accept returns of unused, unworn, unlaundered apparel with original tags attached. Personalized or custom apparel is subject to our custom and personalized item policy.
Replacements:
After receiving and processing your return, we will send out replacement items as needed. Claims for items damaged during shipping may require additional processing time. In some cases, a replacement item may be sent before your return is received, and you may be charged for the replacement item. A refund will be issued upon receipt and processing of your return.
Refused Orders:
Refused orders (excluding shipping damage) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable for refused deliveries. Additional shipping charges may apply for returning the order to us.
Bundle or Promotional Discounts:
If you return an item purchased as part of a bundle or with a promotional discount, you will be reimbursed for the returned items, minus the value of the discount or freebie.
